All of Good for You Cooking Classes events are custom-made; you get to choose the menu, the day, time and place. Good for You Cooking Classes also takes into consideration attendees with special diets, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, food allergies, etc. and recipes are modified for those participants.

Presentations

Good for You Cooking Classes presentations are excellent for groups of more than 20, either children or adults. In them, the instructor has a specific theme that you choose, and prepares 2 – 3 recipes with limited hands-on participation from some of the attendees. The presentations generally last about 2 hours. Printed material and samples are provided.

Birthday Parties

Good for You Cooking Classes birthday parties are fun for all ages! You can surprise your friend with one, plan one for your child or for your grandma, or throw one for yourself. With a wide array of healthy menu options, these 2-hour events have something for every taste and skill level. The host provides the venue and Good for You Cooking Classes provides the fun!

*NEW* Private Classes

Good for You Cooking Classes now offers Private Classes for all ages, with 1 to 4 participants. They will be held in my kitchen, or the comfort of your own kitchen, lasting approximately 2 hours. Classes are all about making basic “from scratch” recipes from wholesome, real, healthy ingredients. The classes are hands-on and will empower you in the kitchen! We’ll make 2 to 3 recipes from a broad range of options. You choose what you want to learn:

  • Yeast dough – Bread, pizza, calzones, stromboli, bread sticks, sandwich buns, cinnamon rolls, monkey bread, nut rolls, etc.
  • Desserts – from homemade pies and “from scratch” cakes to specialty desserts and European pastries
  • Cookies – Biscotti, Kifle, Merengues
  • Pasta – Fettuccini, Ravioli

Team–building Events

Good for You Cooking Classes team-building events are a great way to work together towards a common goal and enjoy the end result – in this case, a healthy, yummy meal prepared by all the attendees! The ideal event is 2 hours and has a maximum of 20 adults. You get to choose the menu.

Bible foods

Bible Foods

Good for You Cooking Classes Bible Foods events can be either a Team-building Event or a Presentation. These events include a short Biblical meditation with a power-point presentation, titled “The Bread of Life”. All the recipes include ingredients that are mentioned in the Bible. This option is enjoyed by senior citizen groups, women’s groups, couples’ groups, church small-groups, children’s groups, etc.
